EMBROIDERY MURRAY BRIDGE

Today’s embroidery machinery is computer programmed, high speed, versatile and delivers a high-quality finish that’s hard wearing. Embroidery will often outlast the life of the garment itself.

Embroidery provides a distinctive look and can be done on a large range of clothing and products including towels, bags, banners and hats and scarves.

OUR EMBROIDERY PROCESS

We will work closely with you to match your logo with the right clothing and branding solution. It is important to ensure the logo and garments complement each other. We provide stitch samples of your embroidered logo, so you can touch and feel the real thing.

We recreate your logo by 'digitising' it, which involves formatting the design so our embroidery machine recognises it and can use different coloured threads to stitch the design.

Our custom embroidery services are performed our expert team. Taking a brand from concept to the finished product.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

Great choice for small orders of business shirts, work polos, jackets and headwear.

We require a high quality file of your logo/artwork (JPG, BMP, PDF, etc) to digitise it properly.

Set up cost may be more expensive for small orders, and is not ideal for large designs. Max size is 240 x 240mm. Larger by negotiation

Embroidery is not suitable for designs with fine details and many colours.

Screen Printing

Still one of the most durable forms of garment decorating. Screenprinting is most suitable to larger orders due to the setup cost of the screens for each colour. Simple logos with up to 3 colours is best.

Heat Press vinyl transfer

Great for small orders. Your design can be printed locally plus no set up fees when you provide print ready artwork

DIRECT TO FILM (DTF)

This method is a cross between screenprinting and heat press. Ink is printed to a film in unlimited vibrant colours. This printed film in then used on a cemmercial heat press and transferred to the garment.

Dye Sublimation

Great for 10 or more garments. Garments start off in white polyester pieces and are printed with your design and then stitched together afterwoods. As your design will be printed, any design or logo can be put into the artwork.
