Tshirt Hoody and Garment Printing Frequently asked Questions FAQs
👕 Garment Printing – FAQ & Form
Thinking of printing your logo or design on shirts, hoodies, or other apparel? Here are answers to the most common questions we get about our DTF printing:
1. What is DTF printing and how does it work?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing involves printing your design onto a special film, then heat-pressing it onto the garment. It’s vibrant, durable, and works on most fabrics.
2. Can you print my full-color logo or photo?
Yes! DTF printing is perfect for full-color designs, gradients, and even photo-quality images.
3. What file format do you need for my design?
We prefer Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS). High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background are also great. If you're unsure, just upload what you have!
4. Will the colors in my design print exactly as shown?
We use high-quality inks and printers to match your design as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen vs. print differences. If colours are critical, you should ensure your supplied artwork contains the right colour CMYK specs
5. What types of garments can you print on?
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, and more. T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags—you name it!  Softshell fabrics and waterproofed fabrics require specialised prints and are more expensive, we may choose not to print these.
6. Is there a minimum order quantity?
We have no minimums for DTF printing! Whether you need 1 or 100, we’ve got you covered. Exception may apply to Soft Shell and Waterproof treated garment.
7. How long does the process take?
Most orders are ready within 5 to 15 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available. Urgent small orders may incur small order charges
8. Can I see a mockup before printing?
Yes! We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval before we print anything. We do not supply printed samples unless requested, fees or time delays may apply.
9. How durable is DTF printing?
DTF prints are long-lasting and flexible, in many cases that out last the garment. They hold up well to washing—just turn garments inside out and avoid high heat.
10. Can I make changes to my design before printing?
We can help with minor edits like resizing. We use a contract artist to help with design changes, fees start from $15.
